Institutions and non-profits
The grant report is due and the receipts are in a box. We build software that keeps the record without the overhead.
Genbays builds custom software for trusts, associations, non-profits and public bodies: member and donor records, approvals with a trail, and reporting that comes from the system instead of a weekend.
Built in from day one
- Donor and beneficiary data handled under DPDP, with consent
- Funder-specific reporting formats built once
- Accessibility as standard, for members on any device
What's slow, and what we build
What's slow
Members, donors and beneficiaries are in three spreadsheets and a printed register. Committee approvals wait for the next meeting. The funder's report is due, and the receipts are in a box.
What we build
One record each for members, donors and beneficiaries, with consent recorded. Committee approvals on a phone, with a trail, between meetings. Receipts on payment, 80G where it applies. The funder's report built from the records, in the format they asked for, without the weekend.

Questions people ask us
We have a small budget.
We know. The workflow review is where we work out whether a build pays for itself. If it doesn't, we say so.
Can volunteers use it?
Yes. Access by role means a volunteer sees what they need and nothing else.
Do you build websites?
Only where it's part of the workflow, like a donation form that feeds the records. We're a software firm, not a web agency.
Tell us how work moves in your institutions and non-profits business.
Forty-five minutes, no charge, no pushy follow-up. You'll talk to someone who builds software, not someone who sells it. You keep the workflow map either way.
