“Our tools don't talk to each other”

Your CRM, accounts and spreadsheet all disagree. We'll make them agree, build the report that updates itself, and put an assistant on the typing.

Genbays builds integrations, dashboards, migrations and AI assistants for businesses whose tools hold three versions of the truth. One record per customer, reports that update themselves, documents read and checked by an assistant, and nothing typed twice.

A day like this

The customer's address is right in the accounts package, old in the CRM and missing in the delivery app. Someone updates all three, eventually.

The Monday report takes Friday afternoon to build. By the time it's read, it's a week old.

01 · Study

What we'd sit with your team and map

  • Every tool in use, what it's the source of truth for, and what it isn't
  • Where the same data is typed twice, and by whom
  • Which reports get built by hand, and what decisions they feed
  • What has to move, what has to connect, and what can be retired

02 · Build

What we'd typically build

  • Integrations between the tools you keep, from the CRM to the attendance system, with one owner for each field
  • A dashboard that reads live data, so the Monday report is already there
  • Migrations off the spreadsheet or the legacy system, with the history intact
  • Automations for the hand-offs people do by copy and paste today
  • AI assistants that read supplier and vendor documents, verify them and push them into the CRM you already use
  • An assistant that chooses against the conditions your team sets, such as the best supplier from a stack of quotes, and records why

Typical first release in 4 to 8 weeks after Study. Migrations vary with the data.

Questions people ask us

Which tools can you connect?

Most of the ones small and mid-sized businesses use: Tally, Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, Razorpay, the main courier and marketplace APIs. If a tool has an API or an export, we can usually connect it. If it doesn't, we say so in Study.

Should we replace everything with one system?

Rarely. Most tools are fine at their job. The problem is the gaps between them. We close the gaps first and replace a tool only when it's the bottleneck.

What about our old data?

It comes with you. We migrate it, check it, and keep the original until you're sure.

What does the assistant do when it isn't sure?

It stops and shows a person. Every assistant we build verifies what it read, logs what it did, and flags anything below the confidence you set. Nothing goes into your CRM unchecked.

Book a workflow review for your tools.

Forty-five minutes, no charge, no pushy follow-up. You'll talk to someone who builds software, not someone who sells it. You keep the workflow map either way.
