Your privacy choices
Send one email and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it, whichever law applies to you. This page says what to include, how long we take and who to escalate to.

How to ask
Email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy request. Tell us:
- The email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find your record.
- What you want: a copy, a correction, deletion, to stop processing, or to withdraw consent.
- Where you are, if you'd like a particular law applied. If you don't say, we apply the strictest rule that fits.
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and don't charge. If a request is plainly repetitive or excessive we'll say so and explain. If we can't identify you from what you've sent, we'll ask for one more detail, not a copy of your ID.
Someone can ask on your behalf with your written authorisation. Under India's law, a person you've nominated can exercise your rights if you die or are incapacitated.

Complaints
If you think we've handled your personal data badly, write to the email address above with the subject line Complaint, or by post to the registered office. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days. If you're not satisfied you can go to the Data Protection Board of India once it's taking complaints.

You can always complain to a regulator. In India, that's the Data Protection Board of India. We'd rather hear from you first, and we'll tell you honestly if we think we got it wrong.

Questions people ask us
Do I need to prove who I am?
Usually not beyond the email address you used with us. If a request would expose someone else's data, we'll ask for one more matching detail.
Will you delete my invoices if I ask?
No. Tax law makes us keep billing records for 8 years. We delete everything else and tell you which record stays.
