Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read this site and book a workflow review, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard India's IS 17802 adopts. Below is where we stand, how we check, and how to tell us about anything we've missed.
- 01
Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we build, not a fix at the end. Every page here and every piece of software we deliver is built to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA, which is the standard named in India's IS 17802 under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and the level most clients' procurement asks for.
In practice that means: real text, not images of text; every control reachable and usable with a keyboard; visible focus; colour contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 for text; reduced-motion honoured; forms with labels and clear error messages; and the site readable at 200 percent zoom and at phone width.
- 02
Conformance status
Partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially, because two things are still open. Nobody has been through the site with a screen reader, and no independent auditor has checked our work.
Everything we can judge without those, we judge on every page, every time it changes, and we know of nothing that fails today. That's our own assessment though, which is why we say partially and not fully.
- 03
Known issues
None that we know of today. When this list is empty it means we haven't found anything, not that there's nothing to find.
If you hit something, tell us. It goes on this list, with the criterion it fails and what you can do meanwhile, until it's fixed.
- 04
Tell us
If something here doesn't work for you, email [email protected] with the subject line Accessibility. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 2 business days, we'll get you the content another way in the meantime, and we'll say when the fix will ship.
If you're in India and we don't put it right, the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities hears complaints under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.

How we test
Every page, every time we change one. We go through it with a keyboard, run automated checks against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules, and read the contrast of the text against what sits behind it. We check it holds together at phone width and at 200 percent zoom, in both the light and the dark theme.
One thing we owe you. Nobody has been through the site with VoiceOver or TalkBack yet. Until that happens we don't claim the reading experience is right, only that the headings, labels and landmarks a screen reader depends on are in place.
This statement was prepared on 12 September 2026. We review it whenever the site changes substantially, and at least once a year.

Questions people ask us
Is the software you build for clients accessible too?
Yes, to the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard, and we write it into the engagement. Where a client needs AAA on a specific flow, we quote for it.
Can I get a document from this site in another format?
Yes. Email us and we'll send plain text, large print or whatever suits you, within 2 business days.
