Workflow review
One to two weeks watching how your work moves. A map, a plan and numbers you keep.
The Genbays workflow review is a fixed-fee study, one to two weeks long, where our people sit with your team, map how the work actually flows, and put numbers on where it slows down. You keep the map and the plan whether or not we build.
- Format
- On site where possible, remote otherwise
- Length
- 1 to 2 weeks
- Fee
- Fixed. See the Engagement page
- Output
- Map, numbers, plan, first-release quote
What you get
- Two to five days on site or on calls, watching the work, not the org chart
- A workflow map: every step, who does it, how long it waits
- The three or four places where time and money leak, with numbers
- A prioritised plan, with a fixed scope and price for a first release
How we keep it honest
- We talk to the people who do the work, not only the people who manage it
- Every number in the plan has a source you can check
- The plan is yours. Some clients use it to brief another team. That's fine
Questions people ask us
What do you need from us?
One person who knows the work and can make decisions, about two hours a week, and permission for us to watch and ask questions.
Is it a sales exercise?
It's a study with a price. If the honest answer is that you don't need software, the plan says so.
Can we do it remotely?
Yes. We prefer being in the room for at least a day, because that's where the paper and the workarounds are.
Tell us what's slowing you down.
Forty-five minutes, no charge, no pushy follow-up. You'll talk to someone who builds software, not someone who sells it. You keep the workflow map either way.
