Automation, integration and AI assistants
The hand-offs people do by copy and paste, done by software instead. And an assistant for the reading and the choosing.
Genbays connects the tools a business already uses, such as Tally, Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, payment gateways and marketplaces, and automates the hand-offs between them so nothing is typed twice. Where the job is reading documents or choosing against rules, it builds an AI assistant that does it and shows a person anything it isn't sure of.
- Method
- APIs first. Exports and imports where there's no API
- Ownership
- One owner per field, so tools stop disagreeing
- Monitoring
- Every automation logs what it did and tells someone when it fails
- Assistants
- Your data only. A person sees what it wasn't sure of
- Scope
- Usually 4 to 8 weeks
What you get
- Integrations between accounts, CRM, messaging, payments and logistics tools
- Automations for reminders, follow-ups, approvals and notifications
- Dashboards that read live data from all of them
- Data pipelines for the reports someone builds by hand today
- AI assistants that read supplier and vendor documents, verify them and push them into the CRM you already use
- Assistants that choose against your team's conditions, such as the best supplier from a stack of quotes, and record why
How we keep it honest
- We map the truth before we connect anything: which tool owns which field
- Automations fail loudly, to a named person, never silently
- Every integration has a rollback and a log
- An assistant never writes to your CRM unchecked. Below the confidence you set, it asks a person
Questions people ask us
Our tool has no API.
Most have an export. We work with that, on a schedule. If there's truly no way out, we say so in Study and look at whether the tool should stay.
Will it break when a vendor changes something?
It might, which is why every integration is monitored and every failure is reported. Fixing those is part of the improvement retainer.
Can you connect WhatsApp?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business API, with consent recorded for every contact.
Is an AI assistant safe with our data?
It runs on your data only, verifies what it reads, and flags what it isn't sure of to a person. Where it's hosted and who can reach it is on the Trust page.
Tell us what's slowing you down.
Forty-five minutes, no charge, no pushy follow-up. You'll talk to someone who builds software, not someone who sells it. You keep the workflow map either way.
